Notes: Inital sketch was an attempt at a different style of sketching with a much higher contrast shading. Ryths outfit continues to be evolving into something I can (and hopefully someday will) be able to make.
Theres also an interesting thing with me and names. 98% of my character names don't stick past, I dunno, maybe a year. Then they just don't fit anymore. The ones that last - whether I mean them to be, or even realize them to be - are normally a short alteration from my actual name. Or is one of like 3 names I used when I was a littler kid than I am now. Others normally become story characters seperate from myself. Which is annoying because there entire design has to be redone to prevent them from being too similar to, well, me. *shakes fist* I worry that having my characters do that is egotistical, that I'm just trying to come up with a representation of me all the time. I think maybe I'm just trying to figure out who I am though and how I fit into the world. Probably I'm just trying to avoid people get mad at me for no apparent reason. Which is a whole other thought trail all its own.
